moominmollyCee was able to visit Sylvana today. She (cee) should be discharged from her hospital Thursday evening to come home. At last count, I believe Sylvana hadn't had any more scary episodes since they put her on medication, and they're expecting her to be discharged midweek next week if all goes well. The doctors believe they know more about what's going on and how to treat it, based on her tests of last night, and believe that it shouldn't cause her any long-term problems.

Date: 2006-03-16 11:30 am (UTC)Do you know how Cee will feel about having visitors at home before Sylvana joins her? I'm wondering if she might want to spend her post-Mt. Auburn time at MGH rather than receive visitors at home just yet...?
(At the moment, I'm fighting swollen glands and know better than to show my face in a hospital, which will be sticky if I'm not better by Saturday since I'm on schedule to cover at Spaulding)
